Għar Qawqla is a limestone formation located off Marsalforn on the island of Gozo in Malta. It was formerly a natural arch connected to the mainland but the span collapsed during the 20th century. During the summer months this pretty area is very popular with swimmers, snorkelers and sunbathers alike. But causion is advised as it can be quite dangerous when the sea is rough. It is also a great spot for a walk.
